Happy Halloween!

Joshua was Peter Pan (or Robin Hood, as many people thought)for Halloween. He wasn't too interested in trick or treating, but he enjoyed walking the streets, playing with his sword, and chasing after his new ball.

Joshua was thrilled with his sword- a sneak preview of his Christmas present from Aunt Amy.

Making the rounds.

I was so proud of the hat I made for his outfit!

Fall Weather= Fashion!

We got our first touch of cool weather today, so we got a break from t-shirts and shorts. I was blown away from Joshua's cuteness, so I had to share with everyone.

Time to Go!

Joshua enjoyed playing with all the toys at the Luzar's house. Before we left for the airport, he took one more ride around the cove.

Chick-fil-A

Our last stop on a very long day was Chick-fil-a to meet up with Heather and Clara. I finally caught up with Jeremy, and he came by too. Joshua played in the playground for the first time. He is a strong climber!

Fun at K Wright's

We got to visit with some Bartlett family at Kathy's house. Lots of introductions with Kathy's new baby Alex and Reba's baby AJ. Special thanks to Miss Anna and Miss Abby for letting Joshua play with your toys!

Mmmm...Cheese Dip

Joshua got to experience the wonder that is El Porton white cheese dip. He loved it!

The Memphis Zoo

Party!

Several of my friends came over to meet Joshua.

So proud of my beautiful boy!

Dono, Dino, DINA!

Joshua likes doughnuts, which he calls "donos". Joshua likes waffles and zebra cakes, both of which he calls "dinos". Joshua also likes Logan, who became a great playmate. For some reason, he started calling Logan "Dina". He would shout across a room for his Dina. Maybe all these "D" words just mean things Joshua likes.

Shopping cart buddies.

We miss you Dina!

Joshua Goes to Memphis

Joshua and I headed to Memphis for Fall Break. He was still in the womb on our last visit, so this was his chance to meet many of Mommy's friends for the first time! This was Joshua's third plane ride, and this time, he got his own seat. He enjoyed turning the lights of and on, adjusting the air nozzle, opening and closing the window shade and tray. He had a great time, but I was exhausted!

Pee Pee in the Potty!

Joshua's teacher, Ms. Linda, asked I if I wanted him to potty train with some of the other kids at the end of October. Although I thought he is still a little young, I thought why not! So in preparation I got a little potty for Joshua. He seemed very interested in it and after discussing what happens there, HE USED IT! Who knew pee pee could be so exciting!

Fire Department Open House

We went to the Temple Terrace Fire Department today. It was neat to see all the trucks, equipment, and demonstrations.

Watching the fireman climb the huge ladder.
